What to Expect:

Our training offers a combination of academic studies with practical application at Valeo. During your three-year program, perfectly coordinated theoretical and practical phases alternate. Through the intensive connection of theory and practice, you will not only gain professional know-how but also elevate your action and social competence to a new level. Dive into our business areas such as production management, quality, logistics, and manufacturing and experience how you can put what you’ve learned into practice.

What Should You Bring?

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife + Studierfähigkeitstest DHBW
• Interest in mathematics, natural sciences, and technology
• Good German and English language skills
• Team spirit, motivation, and a very high willingness to learn

What We Offer You:

Training remuneration:

1st year: 1,230.00 €

2nd year: 1,465.00 €

3rd year: 1,950.00 €

+ Christmas and vacation pay

+ Travel expense allowance (26 €)
