Dual Study Program in Industrial Engineering / Specialization in Energy Technology (m/f/d)

The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The complex tasks require close networking between all those involved in construction. To attract young skilled workers in the long term, we offer a dual course of study that combines vocational training and a degree in just 4.5 years, resulting in two fully-fledged qualifications: skilled worker in the profession of industrial insulator and a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering/energy technology.

Your Tasks During Practical Training:

• The Bachelor's degree course is completed at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences. Vocational training takes place in the company and at the ÜAZ in Holleben.
• Active collaboration on the construction site as part of the training.
• Supporting construction and project management in day-to-day business.
• Learning engineering fundamentals, business management, construction law, and special knowledge in building technology.
• Intensive teaching of business management content, along with mathematical, physical, and specialized knowledge in energy technology.
