WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Our Global Operations Services Team drives global projects forward in Supply Chain and Quality Excellence areas, facilitating collaboration between technical and business teams. You control and monitor the charging times as well as the loading at the associated companies and external charging points.

Furthermore, you ensure the prompt communication of disruptions to the normal planning process or the execution of transport to the internal customer and agreement on changed economic and/or temporal transport conditions. In addition, you monitor and assess the quality of our service providers, transport reliability, and response rates. You are responsible for checking any additional costs incurred, preparing the associated freight accounting bases, and ensuring that these documents are properly archived.

You create rental contracts in SAP, are responsible for quality management, and check ancillary rental costs.

WHAT YOU OFFER

1. Apprenticeship in logistics or comparable commercial or logistical training.
2. First professional experience in the field of tank and silo transport disposition as a transport manager.
3. Extensive knowledge in the areas of supply chain operations, distribution, and warehousing processes as well as in production and process flows.
4. Experienced handling of MS Office products as well as ideal experience with SAP R/3.
5. Quality management and transport management experience.
6. Experience in working with international teams.
7. Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills.

2. Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.

5. Gross annual salary (full-time): 40.000 - 46.000 €, depending on qualification and work experience. In addition, you can expect a bonus dependent on the company's success as well as individual performance.
