Our client is a pioneer of wireless charging for the EV industry. They bring to the market a cost-effective, end-to-end wireless charging infrastructure.

Your responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the operational strategy for the company's German operations, aligning with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Team Management & Development: Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team in Germany, fostering a culture of performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
• Stakeholder & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operational execution and compliance with regulations.
• Supply Chain & Procurement Management: Oversee supply chain operations, coordinate procurement strategies, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
• Import/Export Logistics: Manage and coordinate import/export logistics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timely execution.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all operations comply with relevant local regulations and safety standards, maintaining the highest level of quality control.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on operational performance, key metrics, and potential risks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a senior operations role, ideally in the automotive, energy, or technology sectors.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of operational processes, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on both technical and business aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong understanding of the German market, including local regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
