Director of Marketing at High Growth Software Company

Preparis is a software and services company located in the vibrant Buckhead technology corridor delivering business continuity and cyber security solutions to businesses in over 200 cities around the world. We have a passionate team with a big vision.

As Director of Marketing, you will drive revenue growth for our SaaS and services-based solutions by directing all online and traditional marketing initiatives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. A critical focus is building SEO/SEM programs and overseeing product content and product marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Work with the Chief Sales Officer and CEO to develop marketing strategies and tactics that support revenue goals.
  2. Manage a team of marketing professionals.
  3. Create lead generation programs to grow target markets, with a heavy focus on developing inbound marketing through SEO/SEM.
  4. Participate actively in translating customer/market needs into new feature development in our SaaS product.
  5. Manage product content production which includes online training programs, expert content, and building a network of subject matter experts.
  6. Develop event strategies including webinars and tradeshows.
  7. Manage the company website.
  8. Assist in preparing and monitoring consistent presentations & other materials used companywide.
  9. Achieve the company’s revenue goals and objectives.
  10. Manage marketing to quantifiable quotas and metrics within the marketing budget.
  11. Build the Preparis brand in key verticals.
  12. Communicate effectively with peers and employees as a key member of the team.
  13. Excellent writing skills, including original authorship of thought leadership content and marketing emails.
  14. Identify and solve any obstacles to successful execution.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, within a SaaS environment.
  2. Track record in delivering revenue results.
  3. Ability to manage multiple and competing objectives, demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change, ability to prioritize and juggle to consistently meet multiple, short deadlines.
  4. Experience managing internal and external teams.
  5. Working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce.com.
  6. Bachelor’s Degree required, business concentration preferred.
