Supporting the Due Diligence phase by identifying and evaluating sales and pricing potential in target companies
After acquisition: analyzing, developing concepts, and implementing optimization measures to realign sales and pricing structures and processes
Implementing the developed measures and ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable increase in enterprise value
Building and developing efficient organizational structures within the sales team to optimally respond to specific market requirements
Leading and motivating sales teams within the respective portfolio company
Your profile
Successfully completed university degree in Business/Finance, Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field
At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience with a proven track record in optimizing pricing, marketing, and sales strategies to drive top-line growth
Several years of demonstrable experience in consulting
Strong analytical skills and experience in (big) data analysis
Confident use of common analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills and a hands-on mentality
Pragmatic, independent working style with the ability to prioritize effectively
Leadership qualities and assertiveness
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Must-have: Willingness to travel four days per week to the respective portfolio company
