This role will report to the Senior Director and Head of CME IE an integral part of the Front End and site operations management at Infineon.
In your new role you will:
- Achieve ambitious targets regarding manufacturing productivity e.g. by driving holistic site-projects with focus on output and cost improvement
- Drive cross-site alignment on Industrial Engineering methodologies
- Be responsible for productivity for FE site with tactically and strategically focus on as well as Economy of Scale (EoS) and speed
- Operationalize lean-mindset and operating curve management (OCM)
- Development of standards, identification of best practices and deployment for Industrial Engineering methodologies at site
- Capability to lead local team of experts (< 10 FTEs)
- Implement and push for best practices using digitalized tools to create value from data
- Partner with stakeholders like Production, Operational Planning & Controlling, Digital Manufacturing and others to support systematic enhancements and benchmark across sites to drive efficiency
You are experienced in coaching others about structured problem solving and constructive critical thinking. With your analytical, flexible and entrepreneurial mindset, you drive changes with long-term sustainability. Your strengths include open, clear and coherent communication across organizations and hierarchies from engineers up to senior management. You use your proven leadership and people management skills to drive your teams to success.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Semiconductor Engineering or related field
- 8+ years experience in semiconductor operations managemen t: manufacturing, production, operational and/or manufacturing excellence
- Experience in lean six sigma, operational performance improvements, project management, business process improvements, factory physics/OCM and digitalization
- People and stakeholder management skills
- Worked and/or have cultural experience in Europe, Asia and North America
