Bosch Management Consulting (BMC/IC) is the internal management consultancy of the Bosch-Group. We focus on strategic in-house projects that drive the effective transformation and continued development of our businesses within Bosch. Our consulting teams support senior management within the Bosch Group on strategic, organizational, and operational topics and provide support to improve the business performance of our customers substantially and sustainably.

We work on portfolio elements covering topics such as:

• Cost Improvement incl. restructuring
• Inorganic growth
• Operational excellence

At BMC/IC, you work in a cross-functional team in close collaboration with our internal customers on complex projects and provide impactful and tailored solutions to the top management across the Bosch-Group. Responsibilities:

• You lead and deliver consulting projects and manage our BMC consulting team and the key stakeholders on the customer side.
• You help identify opportunities to address the business needs and enhance the capabilities to achieve long-term competitiveness and profitable growth.
• You scope consulting projects jointly with the responsible partner and the customer.
• You will drive the overall analytical approach in line with the strategic overarching objectives of the Bosch-Group.
• You challenge and derive conclusions and provide impactful and feasible recommendations to our internal clients.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: University degree in business, economics, engineering, or industrial engineering; having an MBA is an advantage.
• Experience and Knowledge: Experience in a strategy consulting company with profound experience in consulting projects (Senior Consultant 3+ years).
• Personality and Working Practice: Proven analytical capabilities and ability to distil information and present conclusions clearly, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong creativity to apply for problem solutions, excellent communication skills, excellent team player, self-motivated with a “can do” attitude, customer orientation.
• Languages: Fluent in English and comprehensive skills in German is an advantage.
