A day in a life of a Digital Transformation and IT Support Specialist

• In your role as a Digital Transformation and IT Support Specialist (m/f/d), you will be essential in driving digital transformation at our sites, ensuring our digital strategies align with our overall goals.
• You will take an active role in managing digital projects from start to finish, making sure each project is completed on time and aligns with business objectives.
• Your responsibilities will include identifying, evaluating, and implementing advanced digital tools and technologies that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.
• As a key member of the local IT Site Support team, you will provide technical support for PC hardware and software, ensuring that the appropriate IT infrastructure is established to support daily operations.
• You will also work to foster a culture of digital innovation and continuous improvement within NPTC Food, motivating team members to embrace and adapt to change.
  
  

• You have a Master's degree or completed apprenticeship in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• After graduation you have gained experience in digital transformation, project management, and change management.
• In addition, you have an in-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies, including Windows Server Administration, Documentation of LAN Networks (Switches, NAT, Network Topology), Data Interfaces on the Machine Side OPC.
• You've gained experience as a Designer/System Architect or IT Project Manager.
• Your excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills set you apart.
• Also, you are fluent in English – whereas German language skills are a plus.
