On this role we are looking for a Digital & Social Media Marketing Manager, Motorola DACH. This is an individual contributor / specialist role and you will be reporting to our Head of Marketing, Motorola DACH.

The role is open in DE - Essen or DE - Stuttgart.

These are your detailed responsibilities:

• Work independently in a highly dynamic and fast-paced consumer tech environment
• Work with an audience first approach, setting the right strategy in each step of the funnel with predefined objectives
• Ensuring seamless integration of Social and Display channels into Motorola’s overall marketing strategies
• Manage Digital & Social campaigns with performance objectives for 3 countries (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)
• Take care of an assigned set of channel partners and working closely together to drive Motorola’s digital marketing activities successfully
• Analyze results and provide insights oriented to maximize performance and meet aggressive sales targets
• Creating metric driven digital & social media marketing plans on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Spotify to grow Motorola share in the DACH market
• Plan and manage product launches, press and influencer events

What you’ll bring / Position Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing experience in digital/social media marketing roles
• 3 years of leading paid social, programmatic display programs
• Strategic/Problem Solving/Analytical Thinking
• Fluent Language-Skills in German and English
• General interest in consumer technology and/or mobile technology
• Willingness to travel - up to 10%
