Digital Product Content Specialist (m / f / d)

A full-time position at our Headquarters in Hamburg starting 1st September.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of an international team that shapes the customer experience of an iconic global brand online – leaving your mark and having an impact on the clients online journey.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product category, Marketing, and UX teams to enhance product descriptions, specifications and digital assets with the goal to reach SEO relevance and conversion optimization.
• Own and manage the translation process for all product content, ensuring high-quality localization for global markets. Act as the central point of contact for all digital product content and translation-related inquiries.
• Coordinate with translation agencies, freelancers, and in-house linguists to ensure timely delivery and consistency.
• Responsible for managing the upload and maintenance of the product images and videos.
• Develop and implement best practices for structuring and managing product content, aligning with brand guidelines and market needs.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve content scalability and translation efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in product content management, localization, or digital content operations.
• Proficiency with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and PIM / DAM systems.
• Experience managing large-scale (translation) projects across multiple languages and regions.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize content performance.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
