The North Star team is responsible for driving HSBC’s bold vision to create the next-generation mobile banking app, delivering deeper customer engagement, standardized global experiences, cutting-edge technology, and personalized insights. We aim to develop the #1 banking app in the world, transforming how millions of customers engage with their finances.

You will work directly with the Head of Digital Platform Transformation & Operations, you’ll shape and coordinate governance across critical digital value streams, including flagship initiatives like Project North Star and Security as a Platform.

What you will be doing?

• Lead Governance Strategy: Establish and embed robust governance processes to ensure seamless operation and service availability for HSBC’s digital platforms, supporting millions of customers globally.
• Facilitate High-Level Forums: Prepare and present materials for executive forums, including Steering Committees, ExCo, and CEO updates.
• Drive Programme Delivery: Manage end-to-end reporting, financial tracking, resourcing, and re-prioritization for the Central Transformation Office and key value streams.
• Lead a Global Team: Oversee onshore and offshore transformation teams, ensuring alignment with HSBC’s change management standards and risk frameworks.
