What You'll Do

Do you want to be part of an international management consulting team that leads global companies into the digital future and deals with the technologies of tomorrow? As an integral part of the Business Service Teams at BCG Platinion, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company!

Support us as Regional BCG Platinion Digital Marketing Specialist (temporary role until October 2026) at one of our locations in Central Europe (Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt), Amsterdam or London in shaping and optimizing our digital presence across multiple channels and platforms, primarily focusing on EMESA (Europe, Middle East, South America, Africa), with global impact.

  • You support and execute digital marketing campaigns with a clear focus on social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager), website management (Webflow), analytics (Piwik Pro), and SEO.
  • You manage or assist in managing campaigns and digital channels, from conceptualization to execution, tracking, and optimization.
  • You coordinate external agencies and key account managers (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) for paid advertising, content creation, and video production.
  • You monitor and analyze KPIs for all digital marketing channels, proactively suggesting improvements and optimizations.
  • You ensure consistent brand representation across all digital channels in line with corporate guidelines.
  • You conduct regular reporting, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

What You'll Bring

  • You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
  • You have 2-4 years of relevant digital marketing experience, ideally covering multiple digital marketing disciplines.
  • You have knowledge of digital marketing platforms: LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager; experience with Webflow (CMS) and Piwik Pro (Analytics) is a great plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel is expected.
  • Graphic design and photo/video editing experience, especially with Figma and Adobe Suite, is a strong advantage.
  • You possess an agile mindset, and analytical thinking is among your strengths.
  • You are proactive in staying up to date with current digital marketing trends.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • You have a structured, proactive working style with a creative approach to solving problems and identifying opportunities.
  • Ideally, you have knowledge of the consulting industry as well as an affinity for digitalization and technology topics.

You work closely with marketing and recruiting teams to develop and amplify compelling thought leadership content and employer branding initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and strategic visibility across all relevant digital channels.
