Digital Marketing Specialist

As an international company with more than 50 years of experience and more than 15,000 installed waterjet and abrasive waterjet systems, Flow is the world leader in development, manufacture and sales of ultrahigh-pressure (UHP) waterjet technology.

We are looking for the following person in our Darmstadt Office (Germany):

Main tasks:

• Identifying and analyzing opportunities to generate B2B leads via various digital marketing channels.
• Developing and managing an e-commerce email marketing strategy.
• Management and optimization of paid digital advertising measures (Google Ads, etc.).
• Development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and conversions in the Flow Spare Parts Webshop.
• Collaborate with Flow USA cross-functional teams and sales teams to improve communication and engagement with customers.
• Sparring partner for the management.

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years demonstrable experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role (industry sector would be a big plus).
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Experience in generating B2B leads for capital goods.
• Sound knowledge of social media/digital marketing as marketing channels, data analysis and tools.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software.
• AI knowledge highly desirable.
