score4more - The B2B Sustainability Impact Startup

score4more was founded in 2022 to boost sustainability in companies and entire industries. To this end, we are building a digital platform for change agents and companies.

We combine the three pillars on this platform:


  • DATA: We summarise the sustainability performance of companies in a profile and make it comparable across industries.

  • KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER: We make sustainable innovations visible. By highlighting solutions, we promote the transfer of knowledge on a global level.

  • PEOPLE: We network and support agents of change - heroes who are committed to sustainable transformation in companies and drive it forward as change agents.


As part of a project for the German Sustainability Award and our corporate community, we have already created over 3,200 company profiles and 1,000 sustainability solutions. The score4more platform and community continues to grow every day. We continue to develop as a start-up - in search of the greatest levers for sustainable transformation.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Graphic Design, Media Studies, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing & social media management, preferably in an agency or dynamic startup environment.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar design tools.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing performance-driven digital and social media campaigns.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for digital marketing, content creation, and marketing optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of funnel KPIs in digital marketing.

  • Creativity and an innovative mindset with a keen sense of trends and visual communication.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Passion for sustainable transformation and a purpose-driven approach.

  • Team-oriented mindset, valuing collaboration and inclusivity.

  • Fluency in both German and English.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design approaches.

  • Startup experience, ideally in early-stage (Seed/Series A), having built structures and developed digital strategies from scratch.

  • Familiarity with self-organization frameworks and servant leadership principles.

POSITION KEY FACTS

  • Position: Part-time, at least 20 hours per week

  • Location: Remote or from our Potsdam office

  • Start Date: March 2025 (permanent contract)

  • Salary: Transparent salary system and equity participation program; evaluation after a 6-month probation period

  • Vacation: 26 days per year

YOUR TASKS

  • Creative Strategy Development: Develop funnel strategies and creative digital marketing and social media campaign concepts focused on performance, branding, and engagement.

  • Content & Design: Create and execute visual and written marketing materials for social media, landing pages, and digital touchpoints.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and derive creative measures to optimize conversion rates.

  • Trends & Innovation: Track trends in digital marketing, design, and user experience to bring innovative ideas into the company.

  • Ecosystem Campaign Support: Collaborate with ecosystem clients and partners on joint marketing campaigns (e.g., German Sustainability Award, Expo Berlin 2035).

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Development teams to execute campaigns.

  • Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that convey brand values and emotionally engage the target audience.

  • A/B Testing & Personalization: Plan and execute test scenarios for optimizing ads and landing pages.

  • Client & Stakeholder Presentations: Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to internal teams or clients.
