About the Role:
We are searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to support our DACH team.
We are looking for an individual with a passion for digital to join our marketing team. Reporting progress to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies across our key digital sales channels and delivering best in class digital experiences for our guests. This person will need to have excellent analytical skills and commercial acumen to analyze data points to inform future plans. Equally, this role requires someone who can build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver best in class digital experiences for our guests.

Statement of Work:
- Manager GER + AT Loyalty programs from strategic calendar planning to final execution incl. all relevant workstreams and internal and external stakeholders.
- Work in partnership with the Analytics Team to deliver a data driven approach to our digital offers’ strategy. Use data and analytics to review and refine ongoing activities to develop and implement a digital commercial calendar.
- Establish best-in-class menus across all our digital sales channels to maximize sales and create a compelling guest experience.
- Work alongside the Operations Team to support Subway's kiosk and solution to stores and play a role in a major step change for the business.
- Manage the DACH strategic relationship with our delivery partners (Just Eat, Deliveroo & Uber Eats) to deliver impactful marketing plans to take delivery to the next level. Work alongside our EMEA digital team to feed into the overall strategy.
- Responsibility for local digital menu briefing, creation and supply of assets and ultimate sign off.
- Act as the Europe digital representative in EMEA. Support Europe country teams within Loyalty when needed. Support team DACH with vendor mgmt.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in within the digital marketing space
- A love of data and insights, always asking “how can we do this better/differently?”.
- Experience working in a Franchise model a plus, but not required
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital marketing experience with an understanding of delivery and its role within QSR.
- Experience leading marketing campaigns end to end, from strategic development through to campaign delivery to the last creative asset.
- Excellent communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills.
- An excellent team player with the ability to engage with people at all levels of the business.
- Strong commercial acumen with an eye for detail.
