What you'll do
- Support in the creation of a social media tool operating model and provision of multiple capabilities like content planning across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a content calendar, schedule posts, and monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and feedback to inform engagement strategies
- Support campaign management, including content creation, audience targeting, and keyword research for digital platforms
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals
- Generate performance reports for campaigns, including social media, paid media, and web traffic metrics
Who you are
- Enthusiastic about digital marketing with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a business-related field
- Familiar with social media analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Web Analytics, HubSpot)
- Possess exceptional communication skills and a knack for strategic thinking
- A creative visionary who can craft engaging and innovative content ideas
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
