Your Role - meaningful & rewarding

1. Design and develop digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and assessments
2. Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance
4. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D
5. Use authoring tools and software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) to build interactive and multimedia-rich educational materials
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
7. Optimize content for various platforms and devices, ensuring a seamless learning experience across all formats

Your Profile - authentic & open-minded

1. Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
2. Proven experience in developing digital learning content for at least a minimum of 3 years (Having a portfolio or work samples would be a plus)
3. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and good understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
4. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills as well as creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
