Digital Commerce plays a key role in Haleon across multiple Categories and Customers (with relative go-to market models), ePharmacies, Omnichannel Mass Market customers and Amazon.
As the DACH Digital Commerce Lead at Haleon, you will be responsible for driving the digital commerce agenda and growth initiatives in the DACH region. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our digital market presence, building strong relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside Haleon, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital commerce solutions. This role focuses on hands-on execution of our digital commerce agenda and strategy, and the successful candidates need to bring the experience and willingness to work as a strategic thinker and hands-on executor.
Your Role at Haleon
- Forming and developing the digital commerce agenda for the DACH region, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets.
- Reporting and hands-on execution of our digital commerce agenda across all levels of the organization including the Leadership Team.
- Lead Dcom team (Digital Shelf and Lower Funnel Digital Marketing) to deliver the agreed short- and long-term objectives and through a continuous improvement mindset and capability plan, become thought leaders within the Haleon Dcom environment.
- Active collaboration with our Key Account Teams, supporting and advising in building and nurturing relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic guidance on digital commerce solutions.
- Collaborate closely with other cross-functional teams including sales, Media and marketing to drive integrated go-to-market strategies and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital commerce, and leverage insights to drive continuous innovation and improvement.
Your Qualifications:
- Significant experience in digital commerce, e-commerce and marketing within FMCG and/or Consumer Healthcare companies with a proven track record.
- Deep understanding of the DACH market landscape, consumer behavior, and regulatory environment.
- Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and initiatives.
- Hands-on mentality in combination with thought leadership and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement, agility and driving business impact.
