At Conference Manager, we want to challenge the traditional way of planning events. Our biggest goal is to make life easier for event professionals and create better experiences for participants.

Founded in 1998, we have been the first and most secure event tech platform. Since then, we have grown into a major event tech player in the Nordics. With offices in Denmark and Germany, we are now on a mission to take over Europe.

To keep up the pace, we are building a dedicated marketing team of forward-thinking individuals who are ready to go beyond the books with us.

In other words, you will:

1. Publish blog articles and premium content on our websites and social media channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Produce pictures and video material for social channels.
3. Write strong hooks and catchy texts in line with our brand tone and personality, speaking directly to the hearts of event professionals in Denmark, Germany, and Sweden.
4. Produce newsletters and lead email-marketing efforts.
5. Update, produce, and proofread texts on websites, POC materials, product sheets, etc.
6. Produce blog articles and blog posts for all websites.

You will be based out of our brand new office in Munich and work closely together with our marketing team in Denmark.

The ideal candidate

Our next colleague comes with at least 2 years of copywriting and content creation experience. In addition, we imagine that you have:

1. A natural engaging and creative way of communicating, both in English and German is a requirement.
2. Solid experience with creating your content for websites and newsletters.
3. Ideally, a bachelor's degree in international marketing, business communication, or journalism.
4. +2 years experience with SEO on websites.
5. CMS experience with WordPress.
6. A natural approach to structuring information based on buyer personas and ideal customer profiles.
7. A high level of responsibility and autonomy.
8. A highly structured approach to your work and attention to detail.
9. Understanding of analytics platforms such as GA4, Search Console, Keyword Planner, and SEMrush.

Will Be a Plus

1. Experience with email marketing and user base growth.
2. Knowledge or interest in event planning, networking events, and corporate events.
