Task- Product manager for local and global e-channels including definition and roll-out of new propositions and functionalities which are flexible and scalable and meet the needs of our Wholesale clients within different channels (EBICS, SWIFTnet, APIs etc.)
- Help achieve the Bank’s objective to digitise at scale by driving commercialisation activities
- Support with SME knowledge and partially lead on different Digital Channels projects enhancing the local and global proposition
- System administrator for local EBICS e-channel including testing and release activities
- Answering of 2nd level support request for local and global e-channels with according SME knowledge
- Analysis, escalation and correction of any defects, support with internal control activities
Requirements- Completed commercial training, ideally as a bank clerk or a successfully completed university study
- Working experience in electronic banking respectively payments and project management
- Ideally experience as system administrator for an EBICS server
- Technical understanding and high affinity with IT (ideally MC-Access and SQL knowledge)
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High level of social skills and the ability to work in teams
