Adapting to change, our team blends traditional tasks with new possibilities in the serverless DevOps landscape. Key responsibilities like Alerting, Incident Management, and Monitoring remain crucial, now enriched by AWS / Azure capabilities. Script management may expand, while tasks like operating system maintenance diminish. New aspects include managing Branches and Pipelines in Azure DevOps. From distinct roles to overlapping responsibilities, our team collaborates seamlessly, aligning Deployment with Development and overseeing the entire process. With a shared responsibility for security and staying updated on AWS / Azure trends, the evolving team dynamics will work together across the DevOps Cycle.
All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).

Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 3% variable that is based on company performance.
Full Remote: we work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however, we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
You receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
For this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2 monitors, headset, mouse + keyboard, docking station).
