Role Overview

Are you an innovative and motivated Design Engineer with a passion for cutting-edge engineering solutions? In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing advanced solutions for the transportation and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop detailed design concepts and engineering drawings using CAD software.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality, and sales, to ensure product feasibility and alignment with customer requirements.
3. Conduct research and analysis to optimize design performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical design issues during the prototyping and testing phases.
5. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in production.
6. Ensure all designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in mechanical design engineering, ideally within the transportation, agriculture or manufacturing industries.
3. Strong proficiency with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
5. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience.
6. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and material selection.
7. Fluency in both German and English is required.
