We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager for the Gourmet Restaurant (Restaurant Management gn).

• Supporting the maître d’hôtel in organizing and leading the service team in the gourmet restaurant
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and processes
• Promoting guest satisfaction through excellent service and personal advice in the F&B area
• Planning and implementation of special events
• Training and development of service personnel
• Development and implementation of sales strategies and up-selling concepts
• Monitoring the department’s cost budget

Das bist du

• You have completed training and have professional experience in Michelin-starred gastronomy and ideally have already gained some management experience
• Your host mentality, attention to detail and high service orientation characterize you
• You are fluent in German and have an advanced knowledge of English and are willing to work at weekends and on public holidays
• A training certificate is an advantage
