For our IT department, we are looking for a DEPUTY INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What you can expect:

• Coordination of the implementation of IT projects, IT processes, IT architectures and technological platforms in collaboration with the Head of IT and the relevant Eni units
• Ensuring the implementation of the established guidelines and requirements
• Ensuring IT compliance and governance activities
• Supporting the Head of IT in managing the IT service portfolio with regard to technological integration, cost-effectiveness, checking compliance with deadlines, planned resources and costs, and correcting any deviations
• Supervision of CRM Salesforce Enilive in accordance with the execution activities of third parties
• Supporting the business unit in the search for digital solutions
• Supporting the Head of IT in promoting digital innovation in the company
• Ensuring the functionality of SAP applications and network solutions for group companies in accordance with the applicable service agreement
• Support the Head of IT in all operational tasks including budget control and reporting

We are looking for:

• University degree in business administration or computer science
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking
• Ability to make contact and to actively participate in groups or lead groups
• willingness to innovate
• assertiveness and negotiating skills
• teamwork and communication skills
• Confident mastery of all MS Office products, SAP
• German language skills at native speaker level, very good English language skills, Italian language skills an advantage
