Delivery Driver/ Fulfillment Associate

Cervello Global Corporation is seeking several Delivery Driver/Fulfillment Associates in our Specialized Transportation Services (STS) division to ensure proper handling, processing, and last tactical mile pickup/delivery of sensitive DoD or commercial cargo shipments in CONUS or OCONUS.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. The shipper is required to conduct positive advance shipment planning, including liaison with the points of contact (POC) representing the consignor, consignee, and the transportation service provider (TSP’s) dispatcher to ensure safe, secure, and cost-effective transport of any security risk code SRC I, SRC II, and/or Nuclear Weapons Related Material (NWRM) materials.
2. The consigner is required to review and comply with the destination consignee’s Transportation Facilities Guide (TFG) special instructions regarding proper routing and delivery restrictions, including delivery hours and secure holding capabilities.
3. Cervello Fulfillment Associates may have multiple deliveries per day.
4. Will be required to keep accurate records of deliveries and customer authorizations, ensuring all documentation is submitted to the customer on time.
5. Will be tasked with the proper use and maintenance of delivery equipment, including handheld scanners (when required).
6. May be required to lift heavy products or parcels.
7. Drives safely and follows all laws and rules of driving to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
8. Will be tasked with keeping the company and/or rental vehicle clean and ensuring that vehicles are well-maintained, fueled, oiled, and ready to drive.
9. Will be required to communicate with origin and/or destination customers by phone to update them on delivery times if there are issues or changes to their estimated pickup or delivery dates.
10. Must be able to follow pre-planned routes accurately without deviation from the set course or Transportation Facilities Guide (TFG).
11. Must maintain communication with Cervello STS management to be informed of any customer-requested changes to the original delivery, route, or last tactical mile schedule.
12. Must inform management immediately of any obstructions to making safe, efficient deliveries on time.
