The Role
With the launch of our HiVE satellite mission in 2025, we are looking for a Delivery Assurance Manager to lead and refine our delivery value chain—from initial customer requests to the final delivery of premium data products. This role is pivotal in ensuring our operations are efficient, reliable, and aligned with customer expectations, making a significant impact on our portfolio's success.
You will join our Delivery Team, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of data products and fostering customer success. Collaborating with satellite operations, data processing, and product management teams, you’ll play a key role in the smooth execution of delivery operations.
- Review customer contracts with the Sales team to assess operational readiness, highlight risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop a detailed map of customer demand for 2025, broken down by region and timing, to align resource allocation.
- Conduct simulations with the Satellite Operations team to balance capacity with customer needs, providing strategic recommendations for contract fulfilment and regional delivery.
- Analyze the full order lifecycle and live operations processes, identifying systems, manual steps, and operator requirements.
- Measure and evaluate time spent in each stage (data processing, quality control, delivery) to identify inefficiencies.
- Assess operational roles across teams to determine staffing needs for live operations.
- Identify key risks and establish mitigation strategies for critical failure points.
- Develop a standardised framework with clear processes, roles, and troubleshooting protocols to ensure seamless coordination during live operations.
Location - Ideally you will be based in Toulouse or Belgium but we are open to seeing applications from across Europe. The role is remote but will be expected to travel as and when needed.
