Tasks

• As a Data Scientist, you will develop and conduct innovative data science and machine learning projects in the field of digital marketing for our customers, especially marketing mix modeling and predictive models, helping them to solve their business challenges.
• You will be involved with different projects and therefore clients from start to end, using your strengths to complement the team to deliver the best possible outcome to our clients.
• The role is very diverse, from project management through every step of the CRISP-DM cycle from business understanding, via data extraction and modeling, to deployment and monitoring.
• You will work across disciplines with our Cloud, Digital Analytics, and Ad Technology teams to improve existing and develop new solutions.
• You are informed about the latest trends and developments and would like to share your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies (e.g. in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science)
• Professional experience in the field of data science and/or machine learning - with a focus on digital marketing and marketing mix modeling or predictive models
• Statistics and machine learning proficiency, especially Bayesian regression and classification
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and leading data science tools (e.g. Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub)
• Experience in Google Marketing Platform tools and data (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads) and visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio) is a plus
• Experience in advising clients; explaining and presenting complex content in a simple and confident manner
• Experience in project management
• Clear communication both verbally and in writing - in fluent English
• Team player
