Data Management Project Lead

To bring our vision to life, Edelman is looking for a Project Director (m / f / d) to join our team as soon as possible, ideally at one of our locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne, Munich, or Frankfurt am Main.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects independently as part of a local and international team of Project Managers.
• Serve as the key liaison for cross-functional teams, locally and internationally, within our global network, with a strong focus on process structures.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and quality assurance while optimizing resource allocation with Resource Managers to attract top talent for your projects.
• Track performance metrics using dashboards and predefined KPIs, proposing improvements with Client Leads.
• Supervise and mentor Project Managers within project teams.
• Set up projects with clear, scalable structures, define goals and parameters, assemble teams, and establish efficient processes for sustainable outcomes.
• Act as the escalation point to manage risks in your project portfolio and support transformational processes with strategic solutions alongside Team Leads.

Your Profile:

• A degree or equivalent qualification, with at least six years of professional experience in project management within traditional and/or digital agency environments—preferably with international market exposure, particularly in the Middle East.
• Proven leadership in driving projects forward with determination and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.
• Excellent English and German communication skills (written and spoken) are essential. Arabic skills are a plus but not required.
• Willingness to travel between Germany and Saudi Arabia to manage projects and strengthen local partnerships.
