Data Engineer – Cloud & IoT

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement scalable, real-time data pipelines for processing IoT data streams.
2. Manage and integrate diverse data formats and sources into a coherent architecture.
3. Optimize data ingestion and transformation processes for dynamic analytics and dashboards.
4. Develop efficient ETL/ELT pipelines tailored for both real-time and batch processes.
5. Guarantee data security and compliance throughout all operations.

SRE Responsibilities

1. Manage cloud infrastructure to support real-time data ingest and processing.
2. Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alert systems to maintain system performance.
3. Automate infrastructure tasks and ensure reliable CI/CD workflows.
4. Participate in maintaining platform reliability and readiness.

What We're Looking For

1. Significant experience in data warehousing and performance optimization, ideally with Snowflake.
2. Advanced SQL knowledge and data modeling skills for high-performance analytics.
3. Proven track record in designing data pipelines with heterogeneous sources.
4. Experience in processing both structured and unstructured data.
5. Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud infrastructures.
6. Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and cloud automation solutions.
7. Proactive problem-solver who excels in fast-paced, innovative settings.
8. Proven expertise in real-time data streaming technologies.
