Join our dynamic Customer Service team at mobile.de. You'll be an important player amongst 16 internal colleagues and collaborate with 100+ external partners, reporting to our Manager of External Customer Service.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Are excited to contribute to a team that values data-driven innovation.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in an analyst role, and are ready to bring your skills to a dynamic customer service environment.
  • Possess a strong command of business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) and data querying languages (SQL, Python, R).
  • Understand the critical importance of customer service metrics (CSAT, NPS, etc.) and how they impact our success.
  • Are fluent in English and have good German skills, enabling seamless collaboration with our diverse team.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, and are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting.
  • Are ready to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies that propel our team forward.
