Responsibilities:

1. Teaching: Instructing students in dance techniques and styles, and leading classes.
2. Creating: Designing choreography for performances and competitions, and selecting music for recitals and concerts.
3. Assessing: Evaluating students' progress and performance, and providing feedback for improvement.
4. Communicating: Asking if students feel comfortable.
5. Maintaining: Keeping up with the latest music trends and maintaining one's own dance skills and techniques.
6. Identifying: Identifying individual students' needs and areas for development.
