Cyber Security Manager (m/f/d)

For our Information Security Team at Bocholt we are looking for dedicated reinforcement.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaboration in the Flender SOC team (Security Operation Centre)
2. Support in the areas of MDR (Managed Detection and Response), VM (Vulnerability Management)
3. Supporting the specialist departments and IT with cloud and OT security issues
4. Contact for specialist departments and IT on technical security issues
5. Global cooperation with colleagues and partners
6. Observation of trends in cybersecurity and further development of services

1. Proven sound experience in the field of IT security/cyber security or a comparable qualification
2. Knowledge of common frameworks for the management of cybersecurity and IT service management (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 31000, NIST and ITIL)
3. Problem-solving skills with strengths in analysis and implementation
4. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a results-orientated discussion culture and very good language skills in German and English
5. Relevant security certifications such as CEH, CFI, CISSP are an advantage
