Customer Supply Planner PLT OE mfd - REF76441Q

Planning and monitoring of all customer supply chain related activities for all OE customers in Germany (focus) and other European countries. Ensure availability for dedicated article portfolio and act as main Supply Chain contact for OE customer in line with concept once voice to the customer.

Your main tasks are:

• Main contact for OEM & Key Account Management and Automotive Engineers regarding all Supply Chain related topics
• Daily exchange with OEM Service Provider (Tire Wheel Assembly) and forwarding agents
• Determination and tracking of customer demands based on forecast and orders
• Coordination of related production demands and stocks with Supply Chain Planners in Conti plants
• Manage calloffs from customers and ensure availability along the supply chain (finished goods)
• Steer and optimize distribution according to (new) customer specific requirements
• Steer Phase In / Phase Out of related articles
• Support as member in Supply Chain Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in economics, Supply Chain Management, or comparable function. Alternatively, vocational education extended by professional experience and continuous developments in SC environment
• Several years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferably in an international or intercultural environment
• Project experience preferable
• Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
• Analytical skills and decisiveness in multidimensional criteria environments
• Robust communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills facing demanding customer requests
• Ability to adapt quickly to changed circumstances (new customer requirements or internal changes)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• High social competency and team player personality
