We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage technical support calls and assist in dispatching tasks. The role involves providing a high level of customer service, communicating effectively, and maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor.
Job Duties:
Research and resolve customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold high customer service standards.
Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs.
Create the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and approachable attitude.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
