Customer Service Representative - French speakers, Friedrichsdorf

In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and work closely with medical professionals and sales representatives handling all customer service-related activities.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

Skills and Competencies

• Fluent in French, English, and at least B2 German
• Experience in customer support or order management role
• Good computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook
