Mission

For one of our clients, an industrial company located in Luxembourg-Strassen, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a

  1. Follow up orders from quotation to payment in a timely and efficient manner, for all customers.
  2. Raise orders and process invoices for staged payment deliveries for machines projects.
  3. Handle contracts setup/update, liaise with legal, management, and commercial departments.
  4. Monitor call-off, stock orders, allocations, and consignment stock.
  5. Set up, update, and communicate price lists & pricing structure to customers.
  6. Follow all procedures related to discount/rebate contracts.
  7. Manage customers’ expectations in terms of lead times and proactively chase up backorder items.
  8. Deal with any customer queries (late deliveries, faulty goods, stock discrepancies, etc.).
  9. Provide customers with requests for datasheets, account creation, etc.
  10. Pass on any inquiries beyond their remit to internal sales, external sales, project sales, etc.
  11. Follow the material return process (MR) for materials (defective, wrong deliveries, etc.).
  12. Raise any credit notes for material returns/price discrepancies.
  13. Co-ordinate and monitor order fulfillment (logistic, production, finance, etc.).
  14. Set up new accounts/send customer credit application forms.
  15. Take full responsibility for certain agreed accounts.
  16. Monitor the completion of customer questionnaires.

Profil

Ideally, a bachelor's degree + 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Fluent in Dutch, English, and French is mandatory.

Customer-oriented, resilient, and possesses a professional phone manner.

Autonomous, organized, motivated, and team-oriented.

Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Outstanding internal & external communication skills.

Good knowledge and competency with Windows environment.

Interest in technical equipment.

Ability to solve problems.

This is an opportunity for a temporary contract leading to a CDI, to start ASAP.

Salary: depending on profiles and experience (3300-4000€ gross).
