Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: incoming and outgoing calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or checking emails to/from landlords.
Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
Compliance with processes.
Data Entry and Process Monitoring: Involves entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
Work with the Lease Processor team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly.
What are we looking for:
German speakers
Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word are required.
Customer service, data entry, and quality control experience are helpful.

Salary: €30,000 - 35,000 per annum base salary
Location: Dusseldorf - Hybrid
