Customer service, German speakers - Dusseldorf

What does a typical day look like:

• Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: incoming and outgoing calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or checking emails to/from landlords.
• Preparing for a Landlord Call: Includes reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the Internet, and other sources.
• Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
• Compliance with processes.
• Data Entry and Process Monitoring: Involves entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Work with the Lease Processor team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly.

What are we looking for:

• German speakers
• Basic computer skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word are required.
• Customer service, data entry, and quality control experience are helpful.

• Salary: €30,000 - 35,000 per annum base salary
