Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage the Customer Service Call Centre in Lörrach, initially working independently.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
Collaborate closely with Operations and IT teams to ensure seamless processes and resolve any system-related issues.
Respond to customer requests over the phone and via email with a problem-solving mindset.
Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken using relevant software.
Profile:
Language skills: Fluent in French and Italian (written and spoken). Basic level in English (read and write).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first approach.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
Basic proficiency in computer tools and CRM software.
Solution-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
