Customer Service Coordinator – Tally Weijl

Location: Lörrach, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up and manage the Customer Service Call Centre in Lörrach, initially working independently.
  2. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
  3. Collaborate closely with Operations and IT teams to ensure seamless processes and resolve any system-related issues.
  4. Respond to customer requests over the phone and via email with a problem-solving mindset.
  5. Maintain records of customer interactions and actions taken using relevant software.

Profile:

  1. Language skills: Fluent in French and Italian (written and spoken). Basic level in English (read and write).
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first approach.
  3. Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
  4. Basic proficiency in computer tools and CRM software.
  5. Solution-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
