This is a temporary position (2 years)

IMAGINE THE FUTURE WITH ENVALIOR

As Quality Analyst at Envalior you will play a key role in handling customer complaints and special approvals. In this position, you will contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently and effectively processing complaints while driving continuous improvement processes. This exciting role offers you the opportunity to actively contribute to optimising product quality and the complaint management process.

  • Handling of complaints in close collaboration with internal and external interfaces (Manufacturing, Customer Service, Logistics, Laboratory, etc.)
  • Creation of 8D reports for our customers
  • Collection, analysis, and reporting of relevant key figures
  • Conducting employee training on complaint management
  • Supporting the optimisation of the complaint process and product quality
  • Decision-making regarding extended batch approvals and special approvals

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
  • Knowledge in the area of plastics engineering and experience in complaint management (ideally with the 8D methodology)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position or a recent graduate with the relevant academic background
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
  • Goal-oriented, structured work style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
