Customer Service Agent - Hybrid

I am looking to speak to an energetic and solution-focused professional who will be responsible for the relationship with customers. You will be communicating with customers via phone and email and resolving various issues and answering queries.

What does the typical day look like:

1. Communicating with customers via telephone and email: inbound and outbound calls.
2. Finding solutions to problems and escalating unresolved issues in a timely manner.
3. Reviewing and researching existing and/or new leases using the company's database/software systems, the internet, and other sources.
4. Data entry and process monitoring: Includes entering data into the company's database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.

What are we looking for:

1. Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
2. Enthusiastic with a desire to learn.
3. The ability to work independently while also being a team player.
