Customer Service Advisor - English & German Speaking

Salary: Up to €35,000 per annum

What will you do?

As a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will support our customers and our field engineers across Germany, providing them with excellent customer service over the phone.

Your main tasks will include:

1. Answering inbound and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolution
2. Processing and recording complaints
3. Answering and managing the ‘Live Chat’
4. Responding to customer reviews
5. Ensuring that customer SLAs are met
6. Respecting the value of information by following Likewize's privacy/information security policies and procedures

What do you need?

To be successful in this role you will need:

1. Time management - you must be able to prioritise between dealing with customers and managing the back office
2. Dealing with objections while maintaining and developing the customer relationship
3. Working in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly targets and KPIs
4. Ability to problem solve and multitask
5. Excellent telephone manner
6. You must be fluent in English and German
