In this diverse role of high impact within our matrix organization, we are hiring an energized, inclusive, and forward-thinking Business Development Manager for Premium Label Solutions to join our team remotely in Germany or The Netherlands, with a direct reporting line to our Senior Business Development Manager Premium Solutions.

Your Mission:

  • Forge Powerful Connections: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key players in the premium labeling ecosystem, including prestigious brands, influential design agencies, cutting-edge label printing partners, and forward-thinking packaging manufacturers. Become a trusted advisor and build a network that empowers you to drive change.
  • Ignite Growth & Innovation: Identify and develop exciting new business opportunities, guiding innovative packaging projects from conception to completion. Be the architect of groundbreaking solutions that redefine the industry.
  • Empower Our Partners: Support the marketing strategies of our Label Printing Partners, equipping them with the tools and insights they need to succeed. Become a strategic ally and amplify their impact.
  • Inspire & Engage: Plan and host exclusive events for brands and designers, showcasing the latest packaging trends and fostering collaboration. Lead local marketing campaigns that captivate and resonate. Be a catalyst for creativity and innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience Catalyst: 5 years of proven success in a similar role within the relevant industry. Your expertise will be the spark that ignites our next level of innovation.
  • Storytelling Superstar: Exceptional influencing and storytelling skills coupled with top-notch networking abilities and a passion for design. You'll be a champion for your projects, navigating cross-functionally and vertically to bring visions to life.
  • Growth Hacker: A demonstrated track record of developing exciting new business opportunities. You're a strategic thinker with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on untapped potential.
  • Digital Dynamo: A natural affinity for social media and digital tools, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.com. You're tech-savvy and understand how to leverage digital channels for maximum impact.
  • Global Communicator: You are a linguistic superstar fluent in German and English, ready to connect the world and to Make Possible!
