Play a key role in managing, optimizing and driving the success of MTU’s worldwide GTF network to achieve MTU’s strategic goals
Issue engine invoices accurately and on time towards our customer
Understand and be able to interpret our contracts correctly to ensure all invoices to be compliant with our contractual obligations
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and clarify them in collaboration with other departments at the respective location
Generate regular reports on invoicing activities and analyze trends and recommend process improvements, drive standardization and efficiencies
Work closely with the other customer account and engineering teams to manage shop visits in the sense of customer and company
Drive and support best practice exchange across MTU’s aftermarket GTF network especially during the ramp-up of new facilities
YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor/Master in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
Profound experience in the engine MRO Business, OEM Business and / or customer account business beneficial
English business fluent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
MS-Office and SAP knowledge required
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
Communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
