Customer Account Manager PW1100 - Focus Invoicing (all genders)

YOUR TASKS

• Play a key role in managing, optimizing and driving the success of MTU’s worldwide GTF network to achieve MTU’s strategic goals
• Issue engine invoices accurately and on time towards our customer
• Understand and be able to interpret our contracts correctly to ensure all invoices to be compliant with our contractual obligations
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and clarify them in collaboration with other departments at the respective location
• Generate regular reports on invoicing activities and analyze trends and recommend process improvements, drive standardization and efficiencies
• Work closely with the other customer account and engineering teams to manage shop visits in the sense of customer and company
• Drive and support best practice exchange across MTU’s aftermarket GTF network especially during the ramp-up of new facilities

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Master in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering and management or similar study on a technical college as a certified technician
• Profound experience in the engine MRO Business, OEM Business and / or customer account business beneficial
• English business fluent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MS-Office and SAP knowledge required
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities
• Communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment
