As a CRM Marketing Manager - Digital Services and Loyalty (all genders) you will orchestrate, maintain, develop and analyze communication campaigns for our digital services and loyalty programs. Your role includes monitoring KPIs-based campaign progress, enhancing customer communication, and identifying strategies to drive performance improvement.
What you'll do
Ideate and implement automated and ad-hoc campaigns for digital services and loyalty programs, ensuring the seamless execution of multi-channel communication initiatives.
Regularly monitor, report and analyze campaign performance data and KPIs, identify trends and insights from analytics to improve campaigns, further personalize customer communication and optimize its effectiveness, for example by conducting A/B testing.
Work closely with business owners, product teams and subject matter experts to align campaign goals with business objectives and ensure the accuracy and relevance of campaign content.
Collaborate with the content team, design experts and customer journey managers to create compelling campaigns and map out customer interactions and optimize touchpoints.
Coordinate the implementation of the communication programs with our technical CRM experts and make use of our MarTech system to segment, deploy and reach your desired audience.
What you'll need
Minimum 4 years experience working in a similar marketing role (e.g. CRM, Digital or Email Marketing).
Familiarity with multi-channel communication (app push notifications, SMS, or similar).
Strong background working with marketing automation platforms (Oracle Responsys, Emarsys or similar), CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar) and CDP (Treasure Data or similar).
Solid analytical mindset and tracking knowledge.
Not exactly like an agile coach but you are good at project management ensuring end-to-end delivery.
Any previous experience managing communication around loyalty programs is a plus.
Fluent business English skills (minimum B2+). Additional languages a plus.
