Creative Service Director, münchen

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Service Director to lead our team in Munich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the design and execution of selling environments, product consultation areas, and transaction spaces.
• Ensure consistency and coherence in the brand's image across all touchpoints, adhering to guidelines set by the New York office.
• Develop and provide designs, technical drawings, and specifications for new installations.
• Collaborate with regional design groups on store appearance and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Work closely with brand directors to create cohesive and articulate store presentations.
• Negotiate with brands, vendors, and retailer design teams to find mutually beneficial solutions.
• Ensure all brand designs and final products comply with security constraints.
• Educate sales teams on selecting locations that meet brand needs.
• Update shopfitters on new techniques, details, and design directions.
• Investigate and interview potential shopfitters for future markets and projects.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and management to the team.
• Contribute to assessing the performance of team members.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Formal training in architecture or interior design.
• Leadership experience.
• Experience in graphics, layout, and interior signage, as well as understanding of traffic flow and human scale.
• Knowledge of the luxury goods industry.
• Able to provide direction, coaching, and developmental opportunities for subordinates.
• Excellent communication and human relations skills.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and creative thinking.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
