Drive the evolution and execution of CWS Workwear’s brand strategy to strengthen brand equity and market positioning.
Conceptualize, develop, and execute multi-channel creative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Oversee the development of compelling visual and written content for advertising, social media, email marketing, website, and other touchpoints.
Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all internal and external communications, materials, and experiences.
Lead and manage creative processes, including brief development, design reviews, and final delivery. Work with internal teams and external creative agencies as required.
Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform brand and creative strategy.
Partner with product, sales, and communications teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all customer touchpoints.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of brand campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or a related role, preferably in the B2B or workwear/industrial products sector.
Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience collaborating with creative agencies, designers, and production teams.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with an eye for design and visual storytelling.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritise and multitask
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both German and English language.
Experience in managing brand transformation or rebranding initiatives.
