We are looking for an Orders Planning & Fulfillment Manager DACH (m/f/d)
Temporary due to replacement pregnancy
Your role:
You are responsible to keep the service level for our customers on the best possible level by performing and supporting RX lens sourcing processes and following all transport legs especially international legs as well as Last Mile. In the setup of new products you play a key role.
Orders planning responsibility
- Capacity planning with the local lab managers and report changes to the demand planning team
- Adapting the routing of customer orders across the EssilorLuxottica network of labs on the basis of SLA to deliver the right service
- Coordination and set up the new RX flows between local labs and the worldwide lab network, and leads projects related to this activity
Orders fulfillment
- Consolidating order fulfillment information to ensure the visibility end to end (volumes analysis, communication with marketing, sales and Key Account)
- Reports on a weekly/monthly basis to measure service delivery performance and initiate actions
New products setup
- Coordinating new product introduction in terms of sourcing with local and Central teams
- Integration of new products in the legacy system
- SAP AFS1 setup activities for SAP ELECTRA
- Set up new flows and validate end to end tests
- Propose improvements and validate IT enhancements, releases and upgrades
Projects
- Active contribution to SAP project and support of the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Supply Chain
- Coordinating and leading Improvement and transformation projects within Supply Chain
- Realization of customer-specific projects to offer tailored solutions within the supply chain activities
Your Profile:
- Degree in business administration/logistics or supply chain and ideally already gained relevant professional experience
- Very good knowledge of IT systems and MS Office
- You are highly goal-orientated and maintain an overview at all times
- You enjoy dealing with logistical topics and facts and figures on a daily basis
- You are good at analytical thinking and always find a solution
- You enjoy working in a team, but are also happy to take on responsibility
- You are a strong communicator and can express yourself fluently in German and English
