About this position:

Your responsibilities:
- Lead DISH sales strategy execution on the day-to-day basis and encouraging its continuous improvement across METRO countries.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with country executives, key stakeholders, and representatives to negotiate country sales ambition (target phasing vs sales capacity).
- Implement multichannel sales approach to capitalize on METRO channels.
- Support in the sales recruitment of DSF: from hunting, onboarding to performance management. Building strong identity teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common sales targets.
- Drive results: consistently achieving results, under any METRO core business circumstances to reach DISH sales annual target.
- Lead METRO digital sales enablement: Transform stores and traditional sales force channels into digital sales solutions by planning and constantly implementing sales measures.
- Drive sales bottom-up approach with focus on digital solutions impact and value internally (e.g., core business impact) and externally (e.g., customer success).
- Convince local METRO boards on DISH digital solutions rollout and steer its execution from GTM to sales achievements (e.g., launch of new products: DISH Pay, POS etc.).
- Implement customer centric approach by leveraging METRO sales feedback and customers feedback into improving current solutions portfolio and influence its developments roadmap.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in sales strategy execution and continuous improvement.
- Experience in implementing multichannel sales approaches.
- Background in sales recruitment, team building, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets under various business circumstances.
- Ability to drive a bottom-up sales approach and demonstrate the impact of digital solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to leverage feedback for product improvement.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (C1 Level required).
