Country Sales Manager T&O Germany, Austria, Switzerland (m/f/d)

Location: Nordhorn

Their dedicated team works closely with partners in the field to ensure measurable results and lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full profit and loss responsibility for the assigned country and region
  • Define and achieve annual budget targets
  • Provide regular financial performance reports
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the Turf and Ornamental segment
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and internal operational efficiency
  • Offer strong leadership to the Field Sales Force, Customer Service, and Marketing teams
  • Foster high levels of team motivation and engagement
  • Build and manage relationships with key distributors, trade partners, and potting soil manufacturers
  • Oversee and approve annual budgets, sales plans, and marketing strategies
  • Leverage CRM systems to improve sales efficiency and enable targeted marketing efforts
  • Identify and pursue new market segments and distribution channels
  • Lead and develop a team of 25 employees

Your Profile:

  • Master's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related commercial field
  • At least 10+ years of commercial experience in a professional B2B environment (preferably in Horticulture, Landscaping, or Agriculture)
  • Proven experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in German and a proficient level of English
  • Willingness to travel as required
